Lonnell E. Cooper Scholarship Award

Lonnell Cooper was amongst the first Black police officers for the City of Fort Worth. It is our desire that through this financial award, a student will be supported to accomplish their academic goals in the field of law enforcement, or other related areas, for the betterment of the criminal justice system. Help us inspire minority students to go after their law enforcement dreams.
